NEW FILING PROCEDURES FOR THE ENTERPRISE ZONE BUSINESS REGISTRATION FORM EZB-R & form EZB-E

The original EZB-R form should be submitted by June 1st each year to the Association of Indiana Enterprise Zones, P.O. Box 1322, Evansville, IN 47706.  This applies to all Vincennes Urban Enterprise Zone businesses that access at least one tax credit or exemption during the tax year.

The 1% “Annual Registration Fee” for a participating business should be remitted to the Association of Indiana Enterprise Zones, P.O. Box 1322, Evansville, IN 47706.  The 24% “Financial Compliance to the Local Enterprise Association” should be submitted to the Vincennes Urban Enterprise Association, 201 Vigo Street, Vincennes, IN 47591 along with a copy of the original EZB-R form.  Remittance to the Vincennes UEA must be received from the participating business on or before July 1 of the year for which the payment is due.

If a UEZ business member requires additional time to complete the EZB-R form, that business must submit form EZB-E to the Association of Indiana Enterprise Zones to request an extension.  If an extension is granted, the EZB-R registration form and fees must be postmarked no later than July 15, 2019.  Failure to file this form or EZB-R in a timely manner may result in monetary penalty, denial of tax savings and disqualification from the program.
