Elected to Vincennes City Council District Two in 1996.... Over the years I have been active in the Cub League Baseball program, I have been active in the Library Literacy Program, tutored in the Vincennes Community School System. I have been on the Commission of the Knox County Solid Waste and Area Plan and I have volunteered at the Good Samaritan Hospital.

My wife JoAnn and I have two sons Scott with the Knox County Sheriff`s Department and Ryan, Principal at Clark Middle School. After spending some 35-plus years in the Radio broadcast business I retired. I spent those years at WTCJ in Tell City, WOCH North Vernon, WAKO LAwrenceville, IL, WBTO Linton, WRAY Princeton, and WSLM in Salem. For me its time to run again in 2007. I am also the Historian of St. Vincents Orphanage here in Vincennes and over the years have been organizing reunion since 1988.

Being retired gives me the time to devote to the citizens of Vincennes. I spent some thirty-five plus years in the radio broadcast field working at WAKO in Lawrenceville, IL, WAOV here in Vincennes, WAMW-WFML, Washington, WSLM, Salem, WOCH, North Vernon, WTCJ, Tell City, WRAY, Princeton, WBTO, Linton. I enjoy being a City Councilman, I like being in attendance at various functions, and I shall continue to do my best.
