The City of Vincennes has set the Rental Housing Registration fee at $20.00 per year. This fee is payable in the City Inspector`s Office in City Hall on the corner of 3rd & Vigo Streets between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
All rental properties must be registered each year prior to March 31. To avoid rental registration penalties, please register early.
Inspections will be scheduled after registration is underway.
