Riverfront Pavilion Rental Procedure

This information is to explain the proper procedure to be followed by everyone desiring to utilize the Vincennes Riverfront Pavilion. Call 882-7285 or stop in at the Vincennes City Hall, 201 Vigo Street and express your desire to rent the Pavilion. Please explain the reason, date and times for event to be requested. Set-up and tear-down times must be included.

A Pavilion Rental Agreement form will be issued at that time which contains all rules and regulations regarding the Pavilion Rental. The name of the person primarily responsible for the request will be placed on the next available Board of Works meeting agenda and will be required to attend that meeting to make their request in person. The Pavilion Rental agreement should be completed prior to attending that Board of Works meeting.

If approval is granted by the Board of Works, the Rental Agreement will be finalized with the signature of the Vincennes City Chief of Staff, Lori Buehlman. Financial arrangements will be made at that time.

No one is permitted to conduct any type of activity in the Vincennes Riverfront Pavilion without official permission from the Board of Works and completion of the Rental Agreement.
